Request account and data deletion
You can ask DeNelle Studios to delete an Echoes of Elarion account and its associated data, or to delete some or all data associated with guest play without deleting an account. Google sign-in is available in the Google Play version; guest play and wallet-linked versions use different identifiers, but deletion requests are available for each.
How to make a request
In the Google Play version, open the Realm Store while signed in and select Request account and data deletion. The app authenticates the request and returns a request reference. If you cannot use the app, follow the email process below.
- Email support.eoa@icloud.com with the subject Echoes of Elarion deletion request.
- Tell us whether you want your account and all associated data deleted, or only specific categories of associated data deleted.
- Provide an identifier we can use to locate the data: the deletion-request reference returned by the app, the public wallet address used in another distribution, or a guest, report, or session reference if one is available. Do not send a Google password or sign-in token.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
Never send us a password, wallet signature, seed phrase, private key, purchase token, or full payment details. DeNelle Studios does not need those secrets to process a deletion request.
What we delete
After locating and verifying the relevant records, we delete the account or binding record where one exists, cloud saves, gameplay analytics associated with the supplied identifier, diagnostics, and bug reports, subject to the limited retention described below.
What may be retained
We may retain the minimum records required to meet legal, fraud-prevention, chargeback, purchase and entitlement, security, or audit obligations. We keep those records only for as long as the applicable obligation or legitimate security need requires, then delete or de-identify them. A deletion request does not erase records that another provider, such as an app store or public blockchain, controls under its own policies.
Data stored on your device
A web deletion request cannot remotely erase data stored locally on your Android device. To remove local game data, clear Echoes of Elarion's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. This is separate from asking us to delete server-side data.
Delete only some data
You do not have to delete an account to request deletion of associated data. In your email, name the data you want removed—for example, cloud saves, gameplay analytics, diagnostics, or bug reports—and provide an identifier that lets us locate it.
